1. Is ESCT a new company?

YES. We incorporated in December 2020 in partnership with TEMNEST Inc., to better serve the European market with ESC and ESC services

2. What is the mission of ESCT?

To increase customer service levels, and transparency with the OEM. ESCT brings >60 years OEM equipment experience to customers using our ESC. In addition to high-selling AMAT ESC, we are focussed on Lam, SPTS and TEL etch chambers and 300mm ESC’s.

3. I already bought TEMNEST ESC from another source. Will ESCT supply the same ESC?

4. I already use TEMNEST ESC’s, will ESC provide exactly the same repairs processes?

YES. The ESC will be RMA’s to ESCT for registration and checking, and then sent to TEMNEST in Korea where the incoming inspection, repair, final test, will be exactly the same as before. NO CHANGE.

5. What are the commercial terms of ESCT?

ESCT operates a European Price List in US dollars, and Ex Works Shipping from the factory to the customer fab to minimise waste. Payment terms are 30 days net, and warranty is 90 days

6. How do I get Part Numbers and Price List?

Each customer will be sent a Price List for the current Calendar Year (2021 in this case) with firm prices for the year. Part Numbers will be the same as those used by TEMNEST, which will improve transparency for now in in future for the customers.

7. Can ESCT offer custom ESC and CIP projects?

Yes. For the right situation ESCT and TEMNEST can offer a development service for a new or existing ESC design. TEMNEST has full design, test, fabrication capability.

8. Can ESCT deliver ceramic lift pins for AMAT chambers?

Yes. We offer new Lift Pins for both MxP and DPS designs of chamber. These list pins are required to replace aluminium pins, if the customer wishes to run a waferless plasma clean.

9. Can ESCT deliver customer support services beyond ESC?

Yes. Please contact us for equipment or process support on AMAT or Lam chambers, we will be happy to help.
