ESCT Fab Support Website Goes Live

We have created a new website to help support our growing customer base with more of their in-Fab needs. As an extension of the ESC Technology company, ESCT Fab Support now focuses on using improving uptime, using our qualified parts and expert knowledge, defeating obsolescence through our 2nd source upgrades and replacements to help consolidate the supply chain with our reliable global sources and partners.

What do we offer?
High Value Parts & Repairs

We supply the highest quality materials and services for users of Applied Materials, LAM Research AND Tokyo Electron legacy equipment. All the materials offered have already been qualified in major production FABs.

Many high value parts may require repair from time to time, which is a service we offer and have qualified with many global customer wafer fabs. The critical condition of our repair service is to fully test the customer’s part on arrival, and again after repair to ensure functionality and reliability.

High Value Upgrades

We have developed and qualified many upgrades with our partners, which are proven to give reliable improved performance. These are used on AMAT, Lam and other OEM systems. Including Endura, Centura, 9500XR implanter, Lam 9600 etc.

Formal Technical Training

Skills shortages and knowledge transfer are increasingly important issues for all of our customers. Formal high quality training is now at the top of the agenda for managers and supervisors, because of equipment age and employee rotation.

We have created and begun to deliver training courses at the request of our customers;

These are delivered at fab (up to 4 people per class), 50/50 classroom/cleanroom time, with high quality training materials and taught by our expert trainers with > 25 years direct experience

Please check out our new website and get in touch if there is anything we can help you with!
